same here.... or rather sp2 knows NAV is running but says it cannot tell if
it is configured correctly.

Rodney did you install Norton before or after applying sp2? I installed it
after and wondered if this was why it doesn't recognise it fully.

SP2 is running without a hitch on WinXPPro here.
Only change I can see is the Firewall (disabled as I have a hardware one)
and it didn't think Norton AV was working - which it is!
