azureus has some nice settings for seeding, eg condition based, so it
can re-start a torrent in the complete queue if it has less than a
certain number of seeders, or the seeds to leecher ratio is below a
certain point.

I share over 1.2 with each torrent, and i don't stop uploadibng each
until it has reached that. i am a member of http://www.torrentbits.org
they have a 100,000 member limit so getting an account now might be a
little bit of a challenge. i find that since everything here is so
well seeded some things will never upload to that ratio, so i make up
for it by keeping more popular torrents open for longer, to keep my
over all ratio at 1:1.2 (the site tracks it)
