There was talk a while ago about Blue802 - a combined Wi-Fi/Bluetooth
MiniPCI reference design. Can't find any actual products though :

Depending on your confidence with a soldering iron, warranty issues, and
space constraints you could install a USB BT dongle INSIDE the laptop.
If you want to keep your external USB ports then a small two port USB hub
would also need to be fitted

I'm thinking that it could be done much neater than this iBook
