I'll vouch for the E20 being a cracking camera...

...I had an E10 until about 6 months ago (same camera - just a 4MP CCD).

DO NOT JUDGE HOW GOOD A CAMERA IS BY THE NUMBER OF PIXELS IT HAS ON THE
CCD!!!

What makes or breaks a digital camera is the quality of the lens that it
uses - and the glass on the front of an E10 / E20 is damn good.
