US Military can still turn and do occasionally turn SA on and off
especially if the threat alert goes do amber, which it did this week.

Don't see why Bush and the GPS not working are linked. I very much doubt
that he can find is own arse ^b^b^b^b bum, so a GPS ain't going to help.
