1: How long have you been providing this service?
2: Is the monthly price guaranteed to go no higher?
3: If you reduce the monthly price to new customers, will these reductions
be passed on?
4: What IP address am I allocated - static or dynamic?
5: Are there restrictions on ports / hosting servers?
6: Are there restrictions on total volume of data / month?

Wireless ISPs can work very well - in the States they are a very
established
product line, and I know people in rural areas there who swear by them.
