You have a couple of options.... HomeVision or a PC based solution. I'm
pretty sure that you can program a HomeVision to transmit a stored IR
command on receipt of a certain X10 command (someone will confirm, I
don't have a HomeVision). A PC based solution using something like
Homeseer, autom8it or misterhouse and an IR device like the one
described on Dan's site at
http://www.geocities.com/tdanro/irman/irremote.htm#Hardware
or a redrat
or something similar.

Be warned; a HomeVision is around £500, so if you have an old spare PC
kicking about, it can be a much cheaper option.
