convert normal homephone to Bluetooth or use PC instead

Hi,

I am not having much luck in google. This sometimes happens to me when I am
missing keywords on a popular subject.

So I thought I would ask those here, essentailly I have a home phone with a
headset (essential for typing and talking at the same time) I can freely
choose what headset I want to use on the phone as there is a simple jack at
the back of the phone. Now I'm thinking surely someone has has created a
device that converts this to a bluetooth connection ?

Failing that if I have a bluetooth dongle in my PC, can I use a voice modem
to call people.

Links or keyworks are acceptable replies, infact anything at this stage !
