You should do the 2nd,
As you can't spur from a spur. If you do need to spur again you need to do
it from another part on the ring.

Is it OK to branch from the fused spur
IE
Light unit <------- Fused Spur ---------> Light Unit
or should you do
Fused Spur ----> Light Unit -------> Light Unit
