Rob,
For Sky, I'm pretty sure the VCR-out is composite only, and that the
TV-scart is composite, and an RGB variant. There's maybe S-video on the
TV one too but as I only send RGB to my TV I can't be sure.
I'd also expect that you'd get composite out of most things, certainly
at the consumer end of the market anyway.
