Hi,

I've just done exactly what you describe. Over a 3 year period I had a
cinema installed , comfort alarm system , audio , data networks , IR in all
rooms etc. It pretty much counted for nothing when we sold the flat (2 bed
in Clapham London) - we couldn't even leave the cinema behind - so we had
to
pay to have it uninstalled ! (It was a Sony ht10 and a vutec drop down
electric screen).

Sorry to say it will all depreciate to 0 over your three years unless of
course you happen to find a HA enthusiast buying the house! Seeing as there
are not many of us I think that is unlikely.
