I used one of these - excellent bit of kit, make sure you buy the one
to suit your chipboard thickness.

I bought the kit from a Trend dealer ... about 15% off TREND direct
price, but bought the rings from local plumbers merchants as Hepworth
sell them under license as part of teh Hep20 range of plumbing
products.
Did 9 access holes in my place, then sold it on easily, so although
initial cost was high ... real cost was only the price of the fitting
rings.
