CCTV Advice

I have finally got around to setting up my CCTV (not pc based at home), it
is a system by a company called Visual. Each camera has a built in pir
which triggers the multiplexer to change and can operate an ir output to
trigger a vcr to record. The multiplexer has an RF in/out (running through
my loftbox) and a scart connector. What I need is a solution to get the
output onto the web. The multiplexer is in node 0 as is my webserver (win
2k Server). I would be grateful for any suggestions (software / hardware
etc). Thanks
