Remember that the exhaust and hose get very hot.
Try and keep the hose as short as possible because it radiates heat like
crazy!

We have the windows that have lots of small panes of glass (can't remember
the terminology - Georgian or summat), anyway - I had a local glazier cut
me
a replacement piece of glass with the appropriately sized hole cut in the
centre. The vent hose can then expel through there.

Haven't fitted it though - the usual "too busy / too lazy" excuse
... I'd
need to go up a ladder and gravity is most definitely not my friend!

What I'll probably end up doing is just venting it up through the ceiling
and into the loft space...
