Clipsal V2.0 software

I've downloaded the latest C-Bus software (2.7.6) and installed in on my
laptop. However when I try and start it I just get the very helpful error
message "C-Bus V2.0 has not been setup correctly. To rectify, please
re-install". Re-installing does nothing helpful and I can't any
usefully
FAQ's or the like to help out. The laptops running XP Pro and I'm logged in
as an administrator.

Any ideas gratefully received.
