RE: Central Locking
I was hoping to get locks that would do both i.e. key and electronic, I
want
power failure mode to be locked,
that way I can override with the key.

Are you thinking of totally replacing mechanical locks with electric
ones? Either way you need to think about what happens when the power
fails.
If it fails open, then anyone can get into your house by knocking the power
off.
If it fails locked you need to make sure you can get out in an emergency.
