Assa ( http://www.assa.co.uk/company/index.php
) has some motorized
locks
that (as most do) work the old fashion way as well as through some sort
of
access system. They are quite expensive but probably worth the price in
terms of insurance issues etc.

/Ake

I was hoping to get locks that would do both i.e. key and electronic,
I
want
power failure mode to be locked,
that way I can override with the key.

Are you thinking of totally replacing mechanical locks with electric
ones? Either way you need to think about what happens when the power
fails.

If it fails open, then anyone can get into your house by knocking the
power
off.

If it fails locked you need to make sure you can get out in an
emergency.

Have a look through the archive at http://www.ukha-archive.com
probably searching under "electronic locks" or something similar.
