If they really are OEM they're a lot cheaper than OEM over here.
I would guess this is one of a number of places popping up selling v.cheap
version of legit software - possibly pirated ?
We buy OEM but not at those prices.
And you should of course only buy OEM with new machine builds - stick the
license on the machine etc. etc.
