These are detailed in the welcome email and your cpanel account.
mail.yourdomain.com or you can use the server hostname your allocated
too. Username@xxxxxxx and your password, if you require
outbound you will need to use smtp auth on the outbound session.
There is lots of documention on the website about this and you can
always submit a trouble ticket.
