Processor time is about 10-25% max
But the page/sec can go up 411
What does that mean ?

Aashram,

Can you run perfmon on the server, and add some suitable things to log:

Processor - % processor time
Memory - pages/sec

Log for a while, then start running your OWA client and see whether the
server logs start changing wildly...
