X-Box modding at UKHA2004...

Yeah, you wish ;)

I'm not going to have the time at UKHA2004 to actually spend my days
modding X-Boxes, however, I'll have one with me for demo, so if anyone
wants to snag the savegame needed to mod up your X-Box, or the installer
image needed to get XBMC etc onto it...

(basically, the harder to get bits from my X-Box howto:
http://www.wintermute-ltd.com/ukha/xboxhowto.htm
)

If you want to do this, bring along a blank (or blankable) X-Box memory
card, and/or a CDRW media (brand new ones only - re-formatted ones are
less likely to work)

I will have my soldering iron with me, so there's always the odd chance
that I might be convinced(*) to mod your X-Box if there's a quiet spell,
who knows.. ;)

Ian.

PS> "convinced" is an Auld Scot's word, basically equating to
"Bought
drink for until incapable of Standing" in English.
