The legal guy says we have a pretty good case though *IF* we can prove
there
has been "continuity" of the ukha "brand".
Apparently even if we haven't registered it as a TM yet we still may have a
right to it as it's been in use and accepted for a "reasonable"
period of
time, whatever that is.
