or a new video card in you're pc which has an s-video output.

It'll probably be a more viable option to put a new video card in your pc
though (cost..)

First of all can I say that I am not very computer literate.

I have aquired a SHARP LCD Projector ( model XV-C1E ) and
unfortunately there is only a mains lead available.

I have a DESKTOP PC and would like to connect these
together, the PC
does not have a TV out connection, only a 15pin VGA monitor
port(so
I've been told)

The Projector has the following connections on the back:

S-Video Input
Video Input (yellow)
Audio mono Inputs - L (White)  R ( Red )

I would appreciate any help so that I know what lead(s) I
will
require and also where I can buy these from
