Need help with a circuit

Hi Guys,

Apologies for the kinda off topic post, but I if you guys don't know, no
one will :)

I need a little help selecting a relay or some such for a small project
I'm doing on my car. I'm not very savvy when it comes to electrics, but
know enough to be dangerous :)

I have central locking on my car, and want to make it so when I turn my
car alarm on/off that it opens/closes the doors. The alarm has available
two wires I think for central locking interface. I don't want to spend
=A3200 getting it wired upso thought I would have a go myself. The wires
from the alarm are an earth and a live (brown/white & black). When the
alarm is disarmed I get 1.5v, when it's armed I get 12v.=20
My central locking system has two wires for remote locking (brown &
white) that when put together locks/unlocks the doors.

So, any ideas ? I figured some kind of relay, but not been able to find
anything suitable.=20

Any help much appreciated.

Marc
