Central Heating Control

Hi all,

A while back I got in touch with Honeywell and asked about setting up a
zoned central heating system. I've just uploaded the file to share it out
as
I though some one might be interested. They put in a Hot water control, I
really just wanted 4 heating zones but they said just add another zone
valve
instead of the hot water zone controller.

I have the same boiler as Jon Boden http://www.cas-ha.co.uk and was reading
his article which prompted me to upload my file. I asked Honeywell how I
could set up four zones, each controlled by a Honeywell CM67 and a zone
valve. I didn't know how to wire it all up so any CM67 could start the
boiler up and was surprised to get such a detailed answer from them. I like
the CM67, it has optimum start etc but my fave geek thing is the clock
module which hooks into the Rugby Radio signal meaning it is always right.

I have no HA implemented at the moment, I'm looking towards C-Bus to start
with controlling the lights. I haven't implemented the zones yet either,
but what I can't do with that is monitor/ record what goes on or control it
remotely, so tell it not to come on after work because I'm going to the
cinema. Has anyone managed to give their central heating some brains?

Cheers
Jonathan
