If you are happy installing expansion cards and installing drivers, it
shouldn't be too much of an issue as long as you un-install your current
graphics card drivers before you start.

You don't mention what type of PC you have, does it have on-board graphics?
Do you have a spare AGP slot to install your new card into?

Pretty much all gfx cards with TV-out support S-video. ( It is RGB output
that is hard to get hold of)

An S-Video cable of suitable length from www.cpc.co.uk most probably a
Male-Male cable.
