Hi Frank,

sorry for the delay replying, had to go away for a couple of days and didnt
have
access to email :-(

The LED's in the picture arent currently doing what they are intended to
do. At
the moment I am using them to show me debug information so I know what is
happening internally but the proper purpose is as follows...

Blue LED's - Shows Inputs and Outputs in use
Yellow LED's - Shows channel being updated
Red LED's - Show data being received from receivers (IR Data) and
transmitters
(SCART switching data)
Green LED's - Show data being send to receivers (SCART switching) and
transmitters (IR data)

The finished switcher will probably be 2U high not 4U as the prototype is.
The
LCD display will also be a different one.
