It's the auto-preview - when you select a movie, it start to play back
in the little preview window, which locks it (annoying, huh)

If you use Ctrl-A to select the file, rather than a click, that will
work.

(or alternatively, copy it using the command prompt)

Ian.

Subject: [ukha_d] Moving movie files to other folders gives error

I have some movies that are in a folder structure that I want to change.

The problem I have is that when I move some of these files to the folder
structure I want, Windows says:-

Error Moving File or Folder

Cannot move {movie name}: It is in use by another person or program.

Close any programs that might be using the file and try again.

No other users have been set up on this pc and it's straight after
booting
that I'm trying to move the file.

It's only on some movie files - others move ok!

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards,

Darren Thrower
