Hello Simon,

In the same way that there are local weather monitoring stations
that provide data that is publicly accessible via XML, http or whatever do
the various pollution monitoring points around the country make data
available ?  I realise that data is far more 'local' than your weather data
so it is not necessarily so valid/useful .
