NO! NO! NO!
KAT5 because is NOT Ethernet.
KAT5 does not encode video.
KAT5 does not compress video.
KAT5 uses the physical medium of CAT5 cable to carry 4 electronically
balanced signals from A to B. Because it carries 4 balanced signals it uses
all 4 pairs in the cable so there is nothing left for anything else.
The unit you linked to will work fine for ethernet devices such as Access
Points, Network Cameras etc but NOT for KAT5.
