When I installed a spa-bath in my upstairs bathroom, I did spend quite some
time and effort in trying to insulate the floor and wall spaces to minimise
noise.

modern rubber. They are very honest and friendly, proactively returning

Large quantities of Loft insulation might help.

Above the speakers and also stuffed between the joists either side of the
speaker to stop the sound travelling along the void.
