Amp recommendations

Howdy,

Looking to replace my ageing Yamaha DSPA3090 with something a wee bit more
modern.
Looking to spend say around a grand, and would like to have any/all of
these:
- Serial control from PC
- HDMI
- Component/RGB for say 3 sources
- Pro-Logic II (AC-3 goes without saying ;))
- Sounds like it cost a million dollars ;)

and must not exceed 6.69" high by 17.13" wide - coz that's the
space it's
gotta fit in.

Needs an OSD too since it will be inaccessible when installed.

Any recommendations anyone?  It's been a while (as you can tell by the
amp) since I've been in the market, so I dunno what's good anymore.
