Wrong default gateway or is IE trying to use a proxy server that doesn't
exist on the wireless lan ?
do a ipconfig /all and see where the default gateway goes.. should be the
ip
of your router.
Guess also that DNS may  not be  resolving. Try a ip address of a site e.g.
http://207.68.137.53 (microsoft)
does that work ?
