Status LED for Comfort ?

  • Subject: Status LED for Comfort ?

I'm after an LED that I can use for 2 different purposes.

I want to use one mounted on the door magnetic sensors - so when Comfort
is in night mode for example, it lights the led up (say a red one). I've
got 8 core cable going to the magnetic contacts so there are 6 spare.

Secondly, Im going to have a magnetic door lock on some internal doors -
im going to use comfort to control those via the output (12v) - I'd like
to use an LED to be on when the door is locked - another use of the
Comfort output.

So, anyone recommend a small red led that takes 12v I can plug into a
spare Comfort output ? I am not an electronics bod by any standard ! (but
I can do basic electrics!)
