Darren - be really careful whilst using your machine at the moment - in
fact if you can then don't use it at all until you get the recoverry
software and read how to use it. Reason being is that the file you need
is sitting in free (useable) space on the disk and can get overwritten
by the operating system / new files. Don't for example download your new
'recovery' software onto that PC as it may well overwrite what you are
trying to recover ! I believe a lot of recovery software boots from a
floppy or CD to avoid this.
