I'll second that, Zen have been excelent here.

I've heard a lot of praise for eclipse, A&A and pipex. pipex are
currently running a deal with free modem and activation, if your
planning a router,t he free modem can always go to ebay, or be there
for backup.

an excelent resource for all things
broadband, they also have a list of isps with speed ratings feedback
from users.
