However, 12.2 states:

Is this what I'm looking for...?
The section is entitled "Refunding the money after cancellation"
- does "cancellation" apply to defective goods...?

Of course, I should have done so straight off. Have a look at the
following PDF by the DTI

You want particularly page 20, section 12.6 ... I would need to find my
documents of the SoGA if you need further info.
