If only I had a tenner for each time I get a call saying "I'm an IT
Engineer
/ IT Manager / Computer Engineer / Computer Programmer / whatever so I'm
not
your average stupid end user - I know what I'm doing..." at work then
I'd be
a *LOT* better off than I am!

At least your - to quote - "average stupid end user" generally
understands
that they don't know everything and therefore knows that they will have to
try to understand and hence read manuals etc.
