advice needed on rio receiver's

Evening gents

I've bought a few rio receivers (you know who you are so thankyou!)

I'm sure I've read that both rio's can be sync'ed so they are both
playing the same track at the same time .  is this possible ?

Also, is anyone aware of any better server software - on the slimp3 you
can add/remove songs from the gui, however there doesn't seem to be this
facility on the rio.. so is this a possibility ?
