Take a look at xPLRioNet - available from www.xplhal.com
Still in beta at the moment, but has lots of useful features, and supports
Rios, Exstreamers and SliMP3s (so if you have a mixture of players, you can
run them all from the one piece of server software)

I'm pretty sure it supports synching multiple Rios, and the playlist
architecture is very similar to SlimServer.

Only runs on Windows though.
