Hi Paul
I would suggest you Join either the xPL List or xAP list as
these are both free software which is used for x10 control  and can control
lots of other devices....I use the xPL Protocol and am currently  working
on
getting my CBUS lighting controlled by zoned ir....At the moment i have on
/
off control using ir ...just need to be able to ramp up / down....This and
lots of other things is possible using both of the above FREE
software.......
