Does anyones company do HCI?

Home computer initiative.

Apparently my company are balking at it ... saying what happens if I leave
before the 3 years payments are complete?

:-(

Sigh .. I think it will be a long time before the board of directors come
to a decision on this ....

Anyone have any experiences?
