RE: Aterisk@Home

I'm just starting to play with asterisk after worshipping from afar for
long
enough.. I have AAH installed and it's very impressive, but as always, the
difficulty is in finding good support/docs - are there any good
forums/mailing lists etc that I should join?

Another AAH question - has anyone got Sipgate working as a trunk, and happy
to explain how? Or, for that matter, suggest an alternative provider that
works well?

I'm looking to have multiple lines on the same number inbound, and can't
see
if sipgate do that, hoping to have about 4 lines available.

I am sure I found a sip provide in the past that was offering multiple
lines
(channels?) for a fairly small monthly fee, but of course, now can't find
them again :

Any pointers gratefully received.

Ian.

Richard,

I am trying to use it with a clone FX100P card which I got from E-BAY.

The soft-phones are working great. It's the PSTN (POTS) part using the FXO
(FX100P) card that I am having issues with.

I would recommend a play with Asterisk@home if you have a spare PC just to
whet your appetite.

Nigel

Does it support the archaic internet line jack as a supported card on
the live cd?
