Visonic do a selection of radio pendants.

We use them for Showhouse complexes to protect the sales girls.

They are about 1.5" x 1" and when used with are usually single
channel
receiver that is 12v and has a NO/NC contact output.

Looking to make up a radio controlled alarm - press a button on a
remote and the thing goes off - cancel by pressing a button on the
receiver.  The thing is, I am looking for one of those transmitters
that are worn around the neck by older people as an emergency device
(or watch mounted?).  I guess this is some sort of "Independent
living" thing.

Does anybody know where I could source something like this from so I
can integrate it into my own system?
