Hi Marc,

Like you say more modules may help but as a short term solution do you
have/can you put Cat5 between the buildings? If so you could always
try a USB extender and remotely connect the computer interface in the
house....but I suppose that would be a problem if you also control
stuff in the media room - which I guess is highly probable!

I have been thinking about playing with ZWave but not yet done so -in
practice I know very little about it. I guess one of my thoughts would
be to see if Homeseer can support 2 interfaces (one in the media room
and one in the house) and apply the concept of a zone to each and the
associated modules?
