Thanks for the advice Patrick!

I finally went with Gradwell, using their combination of IAX termination
for
outbound and SIP forwarding for inbound. It's almost all working ;)

The only other big Question was... Where's the best place to talk about
asterisk? I'm acutely aware that we have a bunch of asterisk users here,
but
it's not really OT for UKHA.

voiptalk.org are able to do this I think? If you go with them, I'd
recommend
an iax, rather than sip account.
