But isn't it true that you still get stung on the =A3/$ conversion?  As an
example, I bought something from eBay last week for =A3128.99, which

in a charge to my Amex for $250.33, which in turn was converted back to
=A3136.33.  I usually have a balance on PayPal, but if you don't then

I'm doing something wrong, it seems that you lose twice on the currency
conversions.
