I use Exchange Server so it updates everything centrally but via Outlook
running on one PC. TBH I'm not sure what happens if you run the Outlook
plugin on more than one PC. Maybe a question for James on the xAP list?

Again, not sure - this would require multiple Outlook synch I guess. Do you
run any kind of centralised contacts list?

Yes - certainly it works this way with an Exchange server - but maybe too
complex/expensive/overkill for your client?
