Surely you could just send it back under the distance selling regs. "I

I even stumped up 15 quid for the "no dead pixles" thing....I
object to the
idea that ANY dead pixels are allowed and would hate my lovely new monitor
to be spoiled by some dead pixels right in the centre of the display....
