This is what really annoys me about Paypal's "Buyer Protection",
on the
face of it, it looks like a solid benefit for buyers (who are after all
paying generating the profits), but scratch the surface and it's
absolutely worthless, I don't know anyone who has had any joy with BP,
me included. I ended up taking one ******* ******* to small claims, and
had the pleasure of sending the bailiffs round to parents to collect the
cash...
So much for "Buyer Protection", you've really gotta read the
feedback
before bidding...
